Sent me the wrong type of handle. When I phoned I was told that it was my mistake so had to send it back at my own expense. Ordered again making 100% sure I was ordering the right handle and incredibly they sent me the wrong one again so I will be contacting customer service again on Monday

I replaced one handle on a conservatory door from 2013. However it was very different design from the 1998 anglian door handle I also tried to replace on an inner door. So felt annoyed about the second handle. Would be better if it said what date range they were compatibel with.

I ordered the handles, and they were a faction out, I then had to go Web Chat, after speaking to two different people over 30mins, they told they couldn't help and I would have to go to their website, I'm still waiting for their reply.
I had no choice but to phone, and of course there was a queue, which told me to use their Web Chat and email site, but I could continue to hold, even though I could find the answer through their other customer service sites.
After 20 mins my call was answered, and I was told that even though the patio doors are Anglian, they didn't have old handles, and that I need to go through Ebay, or get a locksmith out who'd drill new holes fir the handles to fit.
I returned their handles, with a covering letter, and have heard nothing, Where is my REFUND.
