"I ordered the wrong item"

I ordered the wrong item, one hour later I email that I have ordered the wrong item and want to return it. I received an email that someone will contact me in the next 48 hours. No one called me and item was posted. Very poor customer service.

Pretty bad. They said I should buy the handle and do it myself as it wasn’t in warranty. I was prepared to pay but obviously they weren’t interested. The handle was cheap to purchase but it took a long time to arrive

"Replacement window handle "

A replacement window handle sent was to me promptly, with clear instructions on how to remove the defective handle and fit the new one. Thank you. A negative is that the new handle included only one key, which is different to all the others in my house. Having only one key is inadequate and I therefore had to purchase a spare, at my cost. For something which is under warranty I don't think this is fair. My review would have been 5 stars if two keys had been included.
