I ordered and paid for a new window handle on the 26th December… agreed there was Xmas and NY holidays to consider… it’s now 29th January and despite a couple of email reminders, product still hasn’t arrived leaving me with a window in the bathroom that I cannot open over a month later … I’m not happy!

Good to be able to order spares/replacement parts online. Service is nothing fancy - e.g. no running commentary on order/delivery status - but it's fit for non-urgent purposes like mine.
