Unfortunately as of today the items I ordered have not been delivered - after a long wait on the phone I contacted customer services to alert them - I got a reply stating the items were despatched on 20 February - at 17 March still not received - sorry for leaving a negative review

I'd like to give zero stars. Been pain in the arse trying to order a replacement letterbox. Orders can take two weeks. It's past two weeks. It's now over three weeks. Orders can take up to two weeks. You've taken my payment and not delivered. Orders can take up to two weeks.
May have to resort to small claims court to get my money back now it's four weeks!
