I purchased the cloud business hosting for a year using discount codes under their marketing campaign. Here, I consulted with them regarding my needs before purchasing and this was the one, they suggested. Later, I hosted my WordPress website on it, which after a month started crashing, throwing out critical errors due to insufficient processing and low bandwidth. I should have thought better while purchasing their "too good to be true" offer, as those features were only a marketing gimmick. Also, they migrated their servers constantly throughout the year making it tedious to edit the IP address regularly. I am completely disappointed on their service.

So, you do prove my point of it being marketing gimmick. Why would you show the standard rate to be Rs 5998 if what I am getting is Rs25 a month worth of features? No matter how much I paid after the discount, the standard rate as advertise by you was worth Rs 5998. This is a false advertisement and your intension are seen more clearer on this one.
Secondly, the review coincides with the renewal time as I just got the invitation mail from the Trustpilot. You are talking about my intension as if I have used your full fledge service for a year and didn’t want to renew it at the end. Go and check you disk and bandwidth usage, it is even less than what Rs 25/month would provide as I have migrated my site long back. You are out of your mind to hope anyone would renew your service who fell for your false advertising.
Lastly, one can see from your reply how you treat your customer’s private information. As you have already mentioned the domain name, you might as well display its service usage and its contents.

"Recently bought their cPanel"

Recently bought their cPanel - Power package and till now everything is good and hosting is also super fast, upload and download speed is significantly faster than other provider. I am not aware about their uptime and support team. Will update the review in future if fill any issues with their services. Review was asked by their team in support chat and will update according to my experience in future.
