I have got personal website and I saw a promo offer that they were offering from one of the IT Facebook group and the offers was attractive for student like me and it was marketed that way. Then, I moved from another hosting and paid for the student version and I started using. It was going well at first then after some time as I started to update my website I found out there were many features that I would want to get it but I couldn't because of the package that I was using. Yes I agree that I should have learn what I would get but the promotion was marketed in such a good way that I didn't see any wrong (as I am non IT background). I haven't updated my website for months due to those limitations and I even don't know if I will renew billing in next cycle. Suddenly, I see an email saying to review the service and I am here.
