That hats were fairly priced. The process to go through the proof review and approval process, including the ability to comment/make changes, was quick and easy. The quality of the product, and its printing, was as expected.

I liked the overall quality of the final product. I was happy with the cost. I did not like the limitations of their machine. I did not like the back and forth between techs and myself, I feel like I was not listened too and had to settle for writing I did not want because then my package would have been late. I did not like how long it took to get example proofs (but I understand it is likely the same at any other company) I did not like their shipping estimates. I paid for extra so It would arrive by a certain date (with a couple days to spare) and it came well after the date I needed them (despite paying extra).

Lana and Allison were great at helping us pick a shirt color, making the drawing more detailed and the fabric used is so nice and washable. We have used them for several years and couldn't be happier with them and the product. Look forward to working with them again next November.

These guys are incredible! I realized on New Year’s Eve that I needed to get merchandise for a festival that I was leaving for in less than a week. Three days later, with the holiday in between, all the shirts showed up and they look perfect! I’ve used Bolt before and plan on using them forever. I can’t recommend them enough!

The product was top notch. Exactly what I wanted. I tried to get these by Christmas and they got delayed by a day at Bolt and then UPS held them for almost a week. However, that did not change the high quality of the order and the blame lies with UPS for the delay. I will buy from Bolt Printing again.

If one thing I'd add to improve on is if you could add the font size when using the font feature, it doesn't actually show it. But overall a great experience.
