I got one side of the shirt done I never got the company name on the front with the number .waste of money.I thought the proof they sent was because I made it to big on back since they made it smaller and didn’t give me a proof of the front so I thought it was ok which it was never done how I put online

Color Discrepancy Description – Ordered vs. Received Bag

I placed an order for a drawstring bag labeled as "Burgundy", as shown on the webpage. The image displayed a cool-toned, deep purple or plum-colored bag with subtle undertones of violet. Based on this image, I expected a bag that leaned more toward the purple spectrum—a shade more aligned with plum, eggplant, or deep orchid.

However, the product I received is distinctly different. The bag I received is a true burgundy, with warm, rich red undertones, closer to a classic maroon or ceremonial red. This color has no resemblance to the cool purple shade shown in the website.

In summary:

Bag 1 (Ordered): Appears purple/plum-toned, cool and muted in hue.

Bag 2 (Received): A true burgundy, warm and red-based.

This difference in color significantly affects branding and presentation, especially for events or merchandise where color matching is critical. Why would i order red for the month of the military child which is purple? What did i get "I am sorry", money gone. I only wish that I could upload the two differences. Miles apart.
