Bolt was very responsive and communicated well. They had issues with their size limitations for stitching and kept trying to redesign my companies logo to try and fit their hard limits. I had another company produce my hat exactly how I wanted it with no issues, so I know it can be accomplished. Ultimately my logo is smaller and placed much lower towards the brim than desired.
