She has put so much work into our file, kept us informed at every step of the way especially in this challenging market, we have had to switch lenders due to the amount of time one lender was taking and Carly resourced another lender and we had a mortgage offer within 1 week.

"Complicated purchase with a positive outcome!"

This is the second property I have purchased through TM Financial Solutions. It was a particularly complicated purchase with a refinance (and a transfer of this property into a company name) happening concurrently with a purchase of a second property...with equity being drawn from the first to pay for the deposit on the second.

Tom and his team overcame multiple speed bumps and their knowledge and expertise in their trade made it an extremely smooth and manageable ride for myself.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I honestly do not believe that there is a mortgage problem out there that they cannot overcome and I will not hesitate to employ them again for the purchase of my next property.
