Contacting Paul for advice on porting our mortgage to a new build property was one of the best things I have ever done.

I had originally planned to handle this myself, but very quickly realised that there were complexities with moving an existing fixed rate mortgage to a house that was not yet built, so contacted Paul following a recommendation from the developer. Not only did Paul (and Aleisha) handle everything for us, but they also explained every step of the process in a really clear way. When I had questions about the forms I had to complete Paul was extremely quick to respond with the information I needed.

Tom was recommended to us by a family member when we wanted to remortgage on our first property. The process was quick and very smooth so when we decided to buy our next home, we knew Tom would be the best Mortgage expert to speak to.
