"requested to write fake review: AVOID Lenszone"
Shoddy business with terrible customer service. Sent me 4 bottles of contact lens solution out of expiry date, and failed to reply to emails, and chatline requesting return and refund. I have been hanging on the telephone number given for 20 minutes and still no reply.
Furthermore, in latest communications I have been told that I will only receive full refund if I delete this review and write a new - and therefore fake -positive review.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. There are many other reputable and trustworthy suppliers of eyecare and I wish I had ordered elsewhere.

First order took a while to come because of Christmas post but Lenszone fully refunded me and I still got the lenses.
Comms were amazing all the way through.
I even had to exchange as I’d ordered wrong which they promptly corrected.
Amazing experience- defo use again.

Lovely people to deal with, I had an email to explain my lenses would take a little longer due to Xmas holidays totally understandable, they kept me informed through the process, and my lenses were sent on a 24 hour Royal Mail delivery with tracking, very nice company who I will definitely be using again for my contact lenses, can’t fault them! Thank you Lenszone, I can highly recommend them to anyone

"Had to chase for update on delayed order"
I ordered on a Wednesday and it said delivery would be Saturday. Nothing came, I had to chase and send messages to see where my order was for them to update that there was a delay. It took me chasing this after the promised delivery date, for this update to come to me. Order arrived on the following Wednesday. Wouldn’t recommend or use again because a good company would have kept me updated that there was a problem. No faith in this company and they don’t appear to care about their customers. I thought it was a scam company.

Please read the reviews. They sent the wrong prescription lenses. I double-checked to make sure the error wasn’t on my part; if it was, then I’d pay the shipping, but I inputted the correct prescription. Now, they've failed to respond to my request to send a return shipping label. It's unreasonable to have the customer pay for their error.
I usually order from VisionDirect, but they were out of my lenses. I just wasted money but learned my lesson. Will wait until VisionDirect restocks. Please use caution.
