I discovered OCG when I was looking for a new bike shirt on-line. Their Life is a Beautiful Ride is so unique and colorful. I’m glad they offered two vibrant colors choices, pink & red. Pink is my preferred color for bike shirts. The message on the shirt is a wonderful & universal one. I ordered the Medium, which did not take too long to arrive, but unfortunately, it was a tad too tight around my waistline. I reached out to Customer Service to inform them & ask for assistance about how to get a Large. OCG made the entire process easy and stress free for me. It arrived in a timely manner! They also sent me text messages to inform me of when it would be delivered, and it arrived 3 days earlier than expected. The quality of the shirt looks good. I also like the option that you can individualize your shirt order, which is another awesome feature. I look forward to biking with my new shirt and sharing its message on my ride! "I received my fleece lined jersey just…"

I received my fleece lined jersey just in time for some cold weather coming our way. Tried it on and fit like the perfect glove. Got a medium (Im 5’10”, 175 lbs). I like a bit of areo, so this was right up my alley and it looks classy too. Just leave three weeks for delivery, but for the cost and quality, its worth it.

"OCG Go For It - They're great!"

I just received my first order from OCG. The fleece-lined long-sleeve jersey is well made and warm. The cycling gloves should keep me going through some cold weather. The oft repeated phrase, "You get what you pay for," does not apply to OCG. I got much MORE than I paid for and am completely satisfied.

"Warm enough for a 40 degree day"

Just got my bibs and tried them out on a 40 miler. They are my first bibs; I've always used tights in the past. The bibs are comfortable and warm. Being bibs, going to pee is a little more difficult than with tights. I'm not sure if I'll switch back to tights. The bibs look like they are well made, time will tell how they wear.

"Check the sizing chart, but good purchases experience"

Good communication regarding progress of purchase, and parcel arrived efficiently.

Unfortunately I ordered my usual size of cycling shorts (small) without looking at the sizing chart, which ended up two sizes too big. Gave them to a friend who said they were very comfortable, so I ordered a pair for myself utilising the size chart this time. (Delivery imminent)

Look forward to trying them out for comfort and ware. They are a great price so far.

"Slow service"

The merchandise seems to be fine. However, it often takes 3-4 weeks to receive items. A replacement jersey didn't even ship for over 2 weeks, then took another 2 weeks to arrive. If you need something by a certain date for a gift, make sure you order a month in advance.

"Fit issues"

The fit on the jerseys I ordered seemed a bit off. Sleeves too short on some items and cuffs absolutely too tight around the wrist!
The return process was good but I did have to follow up on the refund and exchange after three weeks of not getting it. OCG responded immediately to my follow up and completed the refund so this may have just been an oversight.

I’ve placed two orders so far and will continue to do business with them. Quality is great, especially for the price. Ordering/checkout is easy and they are really good with the status update emails and order tracking.
