"Sizing difference"

The experience with your company is usually very good. However the only problem that I have is with the sizing of the bib shorts. I have tried the chart and attempted to go by it, However, the items come either too big or too small. It is a problem when it does not fit and it takes soo long to get a replacement. I know that this seems to be a problem since sizing is different from one provider to another. Other than that I like the items that I have purchased from you.

Do not buy from these guys. The cycling jerseys that we got were way too small. They said you can't return but will give 80% off a reorder. they said they'd get back to me "shortly". It's been over a month and I've heard nothing. I'm probably out my $100

I still have a pending issue with customer service, who I have sent several emails to as well as left voicemails and have not received and response to address the matter.

Good products, good price, no faff.

Plus (%/$)-off coupons after basically every order. I was satisfied with my first purchase which was already inexpensive, combined with all the offered discounts made it a no-brainer
to return.

Excellent source for quality cycling gear. I strongly recommend for everyone involved in cycling. For professional level competition you could probably do a bit better, but at ten times
the price.

Great product for price. Cycling shirts nice quality. Have a variety of cycling clothing to select when purchasing.

Areas for improvement would be nice to have a staff person to talk to if have a question about products or general questions. Attempted to call several times but only got voicemails never return call only emails sent back.

Shipment of products and exchanges take very long. Don’t know if this is a process of the snail mail due to Covid.

Overall I would shop here again because of their variety of merchandise and I want to support them.

Great customer service. Accidentally ordered a wrong size and they were able to send the correct one right away without issue. Every time I have ordered, I have had no issues.

I have ordered from OCG on three or four occasions and I find them to be great to deal with. For instance, on a previous order there was a typo on the jersey and they happily replaced it without any hassle (and I did not have to return the dud). Communication and customer service is excellent and overall I find OCG to be an honest company that delivers a quality product at a reasonable price.
