From start to the finish, this team have been nothing short of fantastic. Don’t get me wrong, at the start I was sceptical. You’re looking for a business who you know you can trust to get your dream ring done right, and I’m glad I placed my trust in Alliance Jewels. I bombarded Suhail with messages day in day out, he wouldn’t hesitate to reply. Even if I was hesitant or unsure, they always remained patient and understanding, never pushy. Everything I needed, they were there at our disposal. When it came down to making the ring, Suhail kept me informed and updated on the processes, what it looked like and if I was happy with the product before it was made and after. Even once I received the product by POST, I managed to get it resized the NEXT DAY!! Excellent and professional service, will defo recommend to friends and family and return should I need anything else. I feel confident in my purchase and even more confident knowing if there are any hiccups, I can trust the team to sort it out. Thanks again!

As jewellery means so much to me & I’m very fussy when it comes to choosing the most perfect piece, my fiancé let me take the lead with finding a jeweller that I trusted & that would create outstanding results .. I came across Alliance Jewels one day on Instagram and I was completely in love with their work displayed on their feed. Not only this but the customer service provided by Suhail is 10/10, he was able to get back to me quickly with any question I had in the lead up to designing my ring & was always so polite in every encounter I had with him.

There was a slight sizing issue with my ring which did cause me to panic however Suhail reassured me not to worry and that he was able to sort this out in a quick manner. I cannot believe the quick turn around when it came to getting my ring sorted & back to me within 24 hours! Truly the best jeweller & most polite jeweller

From the personalised engraving to the carefully handpicked stunning diamond, alliance jewels is definitely the best jeweller and I will 100% be coming back to him for my wedding band!

My fiancé also got his platinum men’s band from Alliance and the finish on it is beautiful & so different from the standard men’s rings I’ve seen elsewhere.

Its also very reassuring to know that in future if we would ever need to get our rings resized we can go back Suhail and he will sort this out for us.

Suhali, the jeweller, puts his dedication into each piece, transforming every design from a template into something truly unique. I also appreciated that he had an office in Hatton Garden.

I reached out to Suhali regarding my own ring, and we went back and forth discussing carat size, clarity, and other details. He was committed to giving me the best and worked within my budget. Suhali is very knowledgeable about diamonds and took the time to explain every aspect of the process.

I wanted my ring to reflect the sentiment of my original one, as it holds deep meaning for both me and my husband. Suhali sketched out my design, and though I made a few changes along the way, I was thrilled with the result. Suhali was incredibly patient throughout, allowing me to pay with a deposit and a payment plan.

When my husband and I saw the finished product for my 10-year anniversary, we were both in shock at how beautiful it turned out.
