The whole team were friendly and helpful with no hassle nor drama. Just a good test drive, helpful quotes and advice, arranged finance (matching other quotes) and then got us a car that was delivered quickly (once available in the country!). Mark even then offered to explain the bells & whistles. All good :-)

Mark and Tracey were excellent at taking me through my first car leasing experience. Mark got us the car we wanted at an excellent price. We picked the car up from Carlisle and all was arranged and went very smoothly. Would definitely use again, assuming all goes well over the course of the lease and return.

Only issue I have is the cost for delivery to Scotland (£250!) which I feel is unfair and something the company should look into. Delivery time to Edinburgh would be the same as to south of England from Manchester. Not going to score down for this as I understand it’s company policy.

Louis Parker was helpful throughout even when a final quotation to sign came through which didn't tie up with the figures I had agreed. He sorted this out satisfactorily for me
The only negative in the whole experience was the delay in receiving the vehicle, originally promised early January, but not received until 12 Feb. This didn't bother me as I still had my old car.
