I was dealing with mark throughout the process and he was beyond helpful, always communicating, explaining changes etc as we went, constant updates and went above expectations with his service. The service I received was so good my husband also went to mark and purchased his new car. Will continue to go to acorn in the future and recommend to others looking for a new car.

I called at the local Acorn Burntwood Kia Dealership to look at the Sportage to compare with a similar car from a different manufacturer. I made clear that I lease my vehicle and was fact-finding. I expected disinterest from the sales exec (previously experienced at other motor dealerships). I couldn't have been more wrong! Peter arranged a test drive for me to evaluate the Sportage, answered my questions and arranged for Chris from the business team to contact me the following day. Andy too adopted a similar approach recently when I came to make my final decision. An excellent service and approach from all concerned even though, ultimately, there may have been "nothing in it for them". Their approach throughout has been one of "How can we help you?" Highly recommended!
