"Watch out for special offers "

It was relatively easy to set up the order of my wine package. There are some good bargains to be got. The wine came in a sturdy box in less than a week from date of purchase. However, one bottle was spoiled because the cork was mush. It kept breaking up and could not be opened. This can happen anywhere I suspect.
Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

After months of trying to get a previously promised compensation discount. Will answers emails intermittently. But refuse to address or answer the issue. It is extremely frustrating. Such poor customer service.

Ordered 60 bottles of wine on the 28th of November 2024 , after numerous emails I eventually received the wine on the 3rd of April 2025 , received no explanation for the delay or any compensation

"Use a different courier "

Most of the wine I’ve received is very good and price fine. My only problem is that it takes two weeks or more for wine to be delivered.
Also they use ups to deliver, ups are a dreadful company as you cannot track your order, you are given a day with no time which means you have to stay in all day! DPD are much better as they give you a two hour window so no wasting a day waiting for delivery.
