"Had some problems getting things fixed"

Had some problems getting things fixed, multiple times had to have a call out a work for the dishwasher, and when the workers made an error re-installing it we were accused of "not being able to manage a dishwasher" by the agent. Since the agent realised it actually wasn't our fault, they seem to have trusted us more, but that definitely soured our experience with this agency. The initial process was fine, but it's never been anything better than just fine.
