"Awful experience"

Glad to be rid of Property People. Constant issues with property - agency were continually looking to cut down costs for landlords and not actually solve large structural issues which impacted the health of tenants. Every interaction with the agency seemed to involve some form of fobbing us off in the hope that we wouldn't persist.

I have been using Property People for years and they are amazing and helpful even with a grumpy person like me - they are very understanding, very good value for money and they rented my flats within a day (!) at the asking price, in several occasions. Best estate agents ever!

This is my numerous contract through this agency and I highly recommend the service.
Possibly they have some work overload or staff absent during busy period so potentially they might benefit of additional staff to help out during busy time.

Charging completely ridiculous prices for admin fees - £300 for one person is so expensive and for what? Unclear what these fees actually go to.
Giving little to no notice for us to pay these fees. Flatmates were asked at 2pm on a Friday to pay the money by 5pm that day...

Do not use property people! Never had such awful customer service in my life. Rude and unacceptable. We have reported mould since the beginning of the tenancy and they have done absolutely nothing and no apology from them. Whenever we had an issue we politely approached Asad and Natalie and let them know. It would take ages for any response and we almost always had to chase it up. It has been a nightmare dealing with them and would not recommend to anybody!

With coming from New Zealand and all my money having been in NZ the company often would email the day the payment had to be made and transferring money from NZ to the UK is a three day process. Just be weary of that next time and possibly giving a warning to the tenants when the payments are to be made ahead of time instead of telling me it has to be made by 5pm at 2pm.
