This is my first review about urban modesty and having shipped at many Muslim retailers I can say that their quality is cheap and they occasionally send out used items without tags and stains. I have not been so indignant in my life. Paying hundreds of dollars for used, stained, and cheap quality materials. Needless to say I’m never buying from them again. May Allah swt guide them for their dishonest practices.

"Terrible"

I would not shop here ever again after the experience I had. For one, they sent me the wrong order, and was hardly apologetic about it. Not once did they mention that they would send me the right items. Then, instead of refunding me the full amount they took 12 dollars for shipping. I understand that this is a part of their return policy, but considering they were the ones who made the mistake in sending me the wrong order, they should have covered shipping. I did not return the item because I did not like it, I returned it because it was not my items and I shouldn't have to pay for that.

I recently purchased a dress from them, it took a bit Longer to arrive which is understandable due to covid. They always replied to my emails and they have a great customer service. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews on them. The dress came exactly as pictured, however the only problem was that it's a bit tight from the top and too long in the bottom. Overall it's great and amazing, I'm glad I ordered from them and didn't belive the negative reviews.

"Wouldn’t recommend"

I just ordered dresses from them and received in time, no problem. However, I ordered based off of their sizing chart and it was COMPLETELY WRONG. the small is said to be a 30 inch waist but over the phone, the lady told me the Medium is 26 inch waist. When I emailed them about this, they said that the sizing chart is only there as a guide to help customers and it may not be used at all. I don’t understand how that makes sense? If it’s completely wrong how is it a guide and how is it helping?
On top of that, there’s a $12 return fee — which is completely ridiculous. Other companies like Haute Hijab do free returns and send you the shipping label AND a package.
Also, we noticed that the stitching was not that great on the sides.

Worse customer service ever! Purchased back in March and now its May, still have not received my package. Sent multiple emails for an update and they dont even have the decency to reply back. I purchased few dresses from them few years ago and the service was very good but I dont know what happened to them. Their service just went downhill. I even commented on instagram asking for an update and they deleted my comments, and still no reply. I cannot believe it! And to top it up, they are bombarding me on discounts and such with emails, texts. I unsubscribed and they still send me emails and texts. They are practically harassing me!

"3 weeks after ordering still hasn’t shipped"

I’ve ordered twice before from this company and didn’t have issues with them. I love the quality and style of their dresses, and thought they’d be more trustworthy than other modest fashion companies I’ve bought from internationally. This time, however, they’re awful. I paid $25 extra for 3-10 day expedited shipping to Canada. Two weeks after ordering, I contacted customer service. Tracking showed that the order wasn’t yet shipped, only that a shipping label was created. Customer service lied and said that the order is stuck in customs and there’s nothing they can do. Three weeks after my order, still no follow up and tracking still shows that item hasn’t been shipped. It appears that my expensive extra shipping costs have been pocketed, my order hasn’t shipped, and even with being a repeat customer, they’re ignoring my emails.
