Although the lock down caused a few delays, we have received our worktops now.
The staff kept us informed and the delivery driver on the day was very helpful. I would use this company again and recommend to family/friends.

Ordered twice from this company now, and had excellent service both times. An item was damaged on the 1st order, but it was returned and delivered again in just a few days. Driver was friendly and helped get the worktops in and he also obviously cared about the condition of the worktops and was very careful when handling them. Definitely recommend them.

The driver was so helpful and called to advise that he was on his way and gave an accurate delivery time. He also helped to bring the worktop indoors.

Great surface. Range prior to order to get a rough delivery time and was told 2-3 days. After placing the order on a Thursday lunch time - i was given Friday as the delivery day !! On Friday, the driver came and helped us store the worktop ready for installation.

From start to finish the order and delivery was fast and efficient with no hassle or problems at all !

Ordered online and was told 3-4 days delivery, then got a phone call saying it would be 3 weeks and if we wanted a refund it would take 10 day. Waited for the worktops which took over 3 weeks. They come unfinished which it does not tell you about on the main page on the web sight you have to go to a link which is very unclear we only noticed this when the worktops were delivered and realised you have to finish off the edges your self. Requested a refund, was told collection would take up to ten days and then a further week for a refund to be processed. No communication in between then received a phone call to say driver will collect in an hour but we were away so had to arrange for someone to sort this for us. Then waited over a week for a refund but nothing so had to call to be told that no one had bothered to process our refund. So all in all waited well over a month to eventually have no worktops. Costumer service were very sarcastic and unhelpful. When you leave a negative comment on there social media page it just gets deleted. If your looking for a company you can trust.... please go elsewhere!

"Very good service at best price"

Purchased several Formica worktops which were delivered on time, at the best price with no hassle. Allow up to two weeks or so for delivery, and ensure there is someone available to help offload. The lorry being tracked, a good estimate was made of actual delivery time (proved easier and quicker to ask them by email). The driver was friendly, phoned ahead and the delivery itself was trouble free. Would be happy to buy again.
