My experience with this company has not been a good one. I had no confirmation of order nor confirmation of despatch. Poor customer service.
The lamp arrived today and is nothing like the illustration (totally different colour). However, after bringing this to the owner of the company's attention, the issue was handled well and professionally. In view of this, i will probably shop with them again, as they do really have somr lovely items.

Following my recent poor review of this company I was very impressed to receive a personal call from the MD stating how unhappy they were to hear the poor feedback of the product supplied. As such they have made plans to halt that product line and offered me compensation for my trouble.

As such whilst I cannot give five stars as of yet based on my experience of the product, I can say that their customer service has been excellent and they dealt with my complaint in a positive and humble manner. Top marks in this area.

"Absolutely beautiful items and great customer service"

I ordered a footstool from Creation Furniture and didn’t realise that the delivery time was 3 weeks. I emailed to enquire when it would be delivered and Michal came back to me very quickly to let me know timescales. It hadn’t arrived when expected so I emailed back. Michal replied again very quickly to let me know there was a delay with the manufacturer. He then emailed back when the item shipped to let me know it was on its way. I know it’s such a small thing but dealing with the same person when you have questions is really unusual and I appreciated that I wasn’t being passed around. The footstool arrived yesterday and it is beautiful. Such good quality and exactly what I’d been looking for. It wasn’t cheap but comparatively to other footstools on the market it was great value and a much nicer style than others I’ve seen available. I will definitely buy from Creation again.

Had to add to this as it seems I'm the only person to have done so thus far!
Packaging: almost excessive - there was no chance of damage tbh.
Delivery: really helpful guys (thanks again!), live tracking provided etc.
Ordering: quick response to emails, took a few weeks between ordering and delivery, but that was expected.
Quality etc.: as per the photos, really solid and very happy so far!
Assembly: apart from the heavy lifting (again, no surprise but worth bearing in mind) way easier than e.g. IKEA. Literally took longer to get through the packaging than do the actual assembly!
