Ordered 2x table lamps. Unique and beautiful. Extremely well packaged. One of the lamps unfortunately did not function, but I was able to send an email to raise the concern and speak to someone over the phone - they were responsive and helpful. They arranged for pickup of the faulty lamp, and ordered a new one from their supplier to be delievered as soon as possible. The new lamp did take a couple of weeks extra to arrive, but was perfect when it did. Overall quite pleased.

"I ordered the Round Coffee Table Orient…"

I ordered the Round Coffee Table Orient 80cm Flamed Copper but didn't receive the 'flamed' colouring. It was just the copper which was really orange and was not to my liking as it was just the copper. Despite photographic proof that I sent to them, they insisted it was the flamed citing 'there will always be some differences'. Whilst I appreciate there may indeed be some differences, this could not be argued in this case. I don't know why they didn't based on proof just concede.
The customer service responses were really good actually but the whole experience was awful, considering I had to pay for the return of returning the incorrect item they sent which should have been their responsibility. If I didn't have to pay for the return, I probably wouldn't have given a review at all.
