The side table was even better than in the photos on Creation website, beautifully and safely packed! Good communication apart from the delivery part which is rather related to Parcel service who delivered it to my neighbour without my consent. A neighbour who I don't even know and now has all my details and was kind enough to carry this table herself back to me. Hence 4 stars.

I will never order from them again!!!! Sideboard I ordered for 1049 GBP arrived with broken door. The door wouldn't close because the magnetic stopper was broken. After over 2 weeks I got a part to replace the stopper. And guess what? It still doesn't work! The holes in the unit doesn't align with the part they sent!! It is huge disappointment!!! Quality of the sideboard is very poor overall.
Edit: I must admit that customer service is really good, only for that reason I decided to change my rating to 3 stars. They replied really quickly to all my emails trying to find the solution. I appreciate that, considering not all companies are like that. In the end they offered compensation and that someone will come to my place to fix the unit.

Compared to other products on the market ,this was certainly the best little root table. Excellent time frame for delivery . Some beautiful bespoke , well made British products on this site .
