Taxi arrived today right on time, very pleasant driver , clean and smart and well spoken, drove me and my wife to Kettering general hospital, good driver, we felt comfortable with the way he drove his lovely car, he made comfortable conversation throughout the whole trip, and was aware of the comfort of his passengers, a lovely gentleman, professional friendly and polite, highly intelligent and very friendly person, good luck with your eldest daughter and her exams today, best wishes Paul

"The most awkward and arrogant taxi…"

The most awkward and arrogant taxi booking company ever. They accepted my booking for 2 people with 4 suitcases and fair excepted to Birmingham airport. On the day, they said I had booked the wrong car and needed a 6 seater and the fare would jump up to £73 . Given I had no choice and had to get to the airport I paid it .tried to reach out to the manager but he was was arrogant and as unhelpful as booking lady. DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR THEIR APP. Bunch of money grabbing short sighted people

"Waste of time better walking"

Cannot believe they don’t let you put zero worst experience ever. Book a taxi half hour before to then get told will be 2 hours after waiting and asking where our taxi was. Waste of time do not trust this company. The staff at venue ended up taking us all in their own cars.

"Really poor service"

Really poor service. I booked a taxi two days in advance which was confirmed. Not only the taxi didn't show up on the day but also I was not informed about this. I waited over half an hour and attempted to call the company's number multiple times but nobody picked up. Eventually I had to arrange a taxi with another company which also resorted in a better price.

Used Tigo for a return trip to East Midlands airport. Driver arrived 10 minutes early even though the pick up time was 02:30am, driver was polite and very professional. on return driver was about 10 minutes late due to events beyond his control but kept informed via phone calls. Even made an extra stop on the way home to drop one of the passengers off.
Will definitely use again
