"Horrible customer service"

If i could give zero stars I would. The dress size was wrong based on their size guide. I followed instructions on returning item for an exchange and never received it. They disputed my claim with PayPal and refuse to send the dress or refund my money.

I ordered 3 dresses. Was sent an email letting me know that one of tge dresses I ordered was last in stock and I have the choice of ordering another dress or requesting a refund. I responded to the email 6 days ago requesting another color of the same dress and got no response. Insent this company 2-3 emails asking for a differnt color and as of today I have not receieved a response, my 3rd dress or a refund. Not sure If I would trust to order from gcgme.com again.

I ordered s jumpsuits sizeS but received the item like size XL!
The size description is totally wrong so I complained about it and
returned it BUT they refused to pay the return shipment. I lost $7.35 for nothing. I NEVER buy from this website ever again.

"returns are proving difficult"

Needed a dress fast, so I ordered three items hoping one would work. And one did, I really like it. However, I have attempted to contact the company three times through three different methods and I cannot get anyone to get back to me regarding how to return the two items I don't like. Not good customer service at all. If you think you may return, I don't recommend this site.
