"Excellent tech support"

Jamie was very helpful and, unusually for someone on a tech support helpline, actually listened to what I had to say. As a result he got to the root of my problem very quickly and it was soon resolved.
BT customer support have a lot to learn from Eclipse and Jamie in particular but I don't suppose they'll bother.

"Swift and generous response"

I had problems with my computer. A call to Eclipse elicited a swift response from a patient and helpful technician. The diagnosis was a malfunctioning router. Since repairing it was not possible, the company provided me with a new one free of charge.

Jamie was very quick to answer the chat and ran tests confirming that there was as issue to be investigated. Took no more than 5 minutes to get the ticket raised and all of this before 10.30 on a Bank Holiday Monday.
