"Fault resolved!"

Fault resolved! Bit of a headscratcher as a result of the BT outage on 11/4/22, mu modem lost its username and password config, Russell talked me through re setting up the modem, and now all up and running, 11 out of 10 for tenacity in trying every avenue to sort it!

After a local cabinet was destroyed by a vehicle things got a bit difficult . We are in a not spot area so there was no easy escape route. Thanks to Russell and Sam iwas kept in touch with progress andthey were instrumental in encouraging the repairs

"Concern about changing Broadband server"

I live in a rural area which is about to install Fibre op. I phoned Eclipse as I was concerned that I might have to change to another server. My call was dealt with by Ryan who was extremely helpful. He understood my worry and explained that though some details couldn't be resolved at this early stage, he reassured me that it was best to wait until I received further notification from Eclipse.

I have been with Eclipse Broadband for quite a few years now; only once have I had to ring for support and the problem was solved smoothly. I have no issues re speed and connectivity. The service has been excellent thus far and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

"17 days to fix the fault"

There was a fault on our business line which took three engineer visits to repair. While this was an Openreach failure it was exacerbated by Eclipse staff not returning calls as promised causing further delays. Our broadband connection dropped out 181 times in two days. It took 17 days and 17 telephone calls before the issue was sorted. Eclipse offered £39.78 compensation which is just insulting.
