Missing items from order and still no refund. All my emails are being ignored. They took my money and failed to deliver a complete order! What a joke of a company!

We bought a lot of sweets for our recent wedding as part of table names and candy cart table, and it went down a great hit. Paid £9.99 for express delivery expecting them to come 3 days after order, the delivery came the next again day! They were packed very well and all came as described. Top quality service.

Terrible ordered mega sour bubblegum hard boiled sweets and got bubblegum bon bons which are sweet and chewy. Contacted sellar and got a refund. Assumed simple error so ordered again and same result wrong sweets sent. Told sellar again through Amazon and no apology or explanation just said would refund money. So no loss financially but I didn't order something just to end up not getting it either they employ people who can't read or just don't care. Either way will never buy from them again. Ordered from alternative supplier and correct goods sent. I mean how hard is it to read the label on the package and compare it to the order. Total incompetence.

Wouldn’t even give them the one star awful customer service. Only received half the order to be told well the other half has been refunded with no heads up before and still no refund I wouldn’t of placed the order if I knew would only received half would of gone else where when explained that I got hung up on! I have just read in another review someone else also got the same! Avoid this customer

"Delicious and good price sweets"

So our experience is not based on their customer service as we didn't have to deal with them. I am giving 5 star review because the sweets we ordered were amazing. We ordered £50 worth back in September for my son's birthday(only 6 ppl invited :) Expiry date late 2021,so not short like some reviews mentioned. My in-laws ordered from them too. The price is amazing and we will order from them again for Christmas. Delivery was very quick too.
