I regularly use this site and there are some great deals on there. The only issue is that we find there is either a breakdown in communication between myhotelbreak.com and the hotel OR the hotel try to get away without giving you everything you are supposed to get in the deal.
The latest one was a spa break near Preston where were supposed to get a deluxe room and a goodie bag. We were put in a standard room and no goodie bag.
A stay at one of the Hilton hotels was supposed to come with 30% off drinks and we were had to fight our corner for over 30 mins at checkout (even showing them our booking confirmation) before they would take the discount off the bill.
Our favourite place to stay on the myhotelbreak deals is the Crowne Plaza in Stratford. A great price for bed and breakfast plus a bottle of Prosecco for every night of your stay. We love this hotel. The breakfasts are amazing, it's situated perfectly, however every time we use this deal we always have to request the prosecco for every night other than the first night. Again we have to show the booking confirmation and the staff are always surprised and send the prosecco up. It just feels a bit cheap having to prove something that we are entitled to and spoils the break slightly. Despite this, myhotelbreak.com is the first site I go to when looking for a UK hotel break.

Lovely hotel room gorgeous clean all staff lovely BUT spread to thin after getting booked in 3pm could hardly get served at bar one wee lassie doing everything we were at tribute night Motown which was great BUT the dinner oh my two courses ?? Pots chicken carrots was fine was small the cheesecake was awful also no cream with it very dry tasted awful overall put me off tribute night.Breakfast in morning was busy once again staff spread too thin couldn’t keep up with filling food and making eggs what I did manage to get was no bad but nothing to rave about xx I rarely complain as I know how hard people work but badly need more staff x

Purchased a voucher for an overnight stay for 2 for bed and breakfast. Though voucher valid until December 2025 it is very restricted. All hotels do not take bookings between April and September . So in effect voucher only applies for 6 mo the of the year. Would not purchase again.

Have used this booking site many times and have always found it so easy to book a break.Very friendly staff make the booking quick and simple.Have never been disappointed with any of the hotels we have stayed at.

Quiet large room with river view. Danez on reception checked ourselves efficiently. All staff pleasant and breakfast team all cheerful. Food plentiful and breakfast includes slice sausage.
