I have not received the items yet. The items are stuck with US Customs. I have reminded Raffeldeals several times and am having lots of trouble to get a refund since they are not helping with release of the items from customs despite several reminders. Fedex has also sent them several reminders with no response

My shipment was returned by customs as paperwork was incomplete.
This is really unprofessional , I waited for so long and finally Fedex told me today the has been returned to sender.
Either you ship this back on fedex express or return my funds so that I can order these from another shipper from India.
This is so frustrating.

This order would be Last order for Canadian customer like me . Till now I got my order covered with any customers charges the order may incur was usually refunded by Raffeldeals. From now onwards, I got an email stating that they would not process any customs charges for any future orders. Mostly all my orders from around 2 years have incurred import duty and I have been assisted with excellent service , but I am disappointed with the latest decision of support team and have to stop ordering being in Canada as it would be extremely expensive for a customer to order. I hope they review their decision.
