My parcel is missing. I still haven't received it.

It was a good experience, found my items which I needed, I gave 4 star because of the delay in shipping, I tried calling your number but could not speak to anyone. Requested the item be sent as the expiry was in 2025, as I use it for myself and would be used before that, but the item was not sent and waiting for the credit for the items not sent.

It's almost 1 month , no delivery. The courier they use FEDEX is the worst. Especially for overseas , don't order anything because FEDEX will charge you import TAX duties , more than the price of your product. I have asked for delivery at my work address but they are sending it to my billing address. FEDEX is the worst courier ever, keepnon saying that delivery attempted twice but no one came to deliver. AVOID this RAFFELDEALS !!!

Horrible experience with Raffeldeal. website said delivery in 5-7 days but took three weeks instead (after filing fraud claim with credit company). They never responded to my multiple inquiries. Stay away from Raffeldeal
