"Absolutely abhorrent customer service"
Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Their emails read like an illiterate fourth grader is responding, asking the exact same question in every email after I’ve described the issue via a phone call that went absolutely no where, and 6 email exchanges, including pictures of their flawed product! Total waste of money. Do not buy from this company!! I am so angry. It took forever to be delivered, and i got to ride it maybe a month, before it was completely unridable. I’ve been stranded 3 times with a flat inner tube because of a flawed design to which I’ve had to throw money away on repairs repeatedly while they type ridiculously repetitive emails offering zero solutions. Shame on this company. The time they waste not helping is just to run out the warranty and steal your money.

1 star for shipping it within 7 days. the rest is hell. this is my story:
I ordered this scooter, and within 24 hours of my purchase I sent an email to cancel my order. 1-2 business days later, I was told my scooter has been shipped out for delivery, followed by an email from support telling me I sent my email too late. ok, fine. I requested to return it. they said they'd take a 5%-10% restocking fee. I said fine, send me the return slip. TURBOANT spent 2 months ignoring my emails requesting a return slip (mind you the return window is 30 days)... I then get a reply saying they're short staffed along with the return slip, and they had the audacity to tell me to be quick with my scooter return.
the biggest kicker of it all - they sent me a UK version of the scooter. I didnt know this until I gave the scooter to my cousin after giving up on returning it and being told that the charger is a UK charger. I contact them to tell them this.............. APPARENTLY they sent me an American charger for the scooter after sending the scooter itself, packaged in an envelop that had no company label, no company address, no product description inside, and no product receipt. I remember getting that in the mail and thinking "what is this, I dont remember ordering this"
TL;DR -- great scooters. literally the worst customer service experience you will ever experience in your entire life.

"Never received my scooters"
I made an order May 15th 2021. After patiently waiting for weeks, the tracking number shows it was delivered. When I investigated this matter, FedEx told me the shipper re-routed my shipment with no explanation.
FedEx was nice enough to contact the shipper on my behalf. The shipper told FedEx I requested the address change. In my defense, FedEx insisted I did not make those changes and even offered to do a three-way call with myself and the shipper. They declined.
I reached out directly to Turboant, I still have not heard from them. Two scooters gone.

"Very disappointed for such a pricey item and delivery fee"
I was expecting a great service from them but, unfortunately, that’s not what I have received. My two scooters were purchased on May 15th, shipped on the 18th and delivery scheduled to 20th on FedEx website. Nothing happened on the 20th, and a new date posted, 25th. Again, nothing. Called FedEx and was informed it would happen on the 28th. Guess what? That’s right, no escooters in sight.
FedEx doesn’t know where my package is and Turboant support is non-responsive to date.
For the price you pay for these things I would expect a much better delivery service, which IS Turboant’s responsibility (not FedEx’s) until the item crosses my doorstep. To make things even worse, since I am in Canada I was charged a $200 fee for the delivery, which I now regret paying since now all the burden to locate my items are mine when it should be Turboant’s.
I will update this review when (or should I say IF) I receive my items, but for now I would not recommend anyone to buy from them.

"Customer service"
I ordered 2 scooters over 1 month ago and still have not received my order. The order got lost in transit and i haven't received any message from them stating about my scooters. There customer service is really bad. Do not order from them

"Poor customer service after you buy !"
Order 2 electric scooters in June 2020 and one of them arrived with a wrong handle so basically I couldn't use 1 scooter without 1 handle. Tried to contact Turboant but no one answered to the email or Facebook or Instagram. Looked like the company shut down and I gave up.
Recently I've noticed they're back on the market realising new products so I thought I will write another email. So I got lucky and they answered.
They just apologise and said new handle will be shipped and will take 10-12 days to be shipped from USA to UK.
Been told they will let me know one is shipped and will provide tracking details but is been 2 weeks since then and I got no update.
After they failed to provide customer satisfaction 1 year ago now I'm getting treated like I own them the handlebars which they failed to deliver.
So I thought I own them a honest review so people can get the idea of Turboant services.
The scooter are great, no complain but services are down !!

"Great scooter anyway"
I tried three times paying on this website with my visa card and finally succeeded. They should optimize this point or will lose potential customers.
Anyway the scooter is great, I really enjoy riding it to the gym. And the kids like it too though it`s a little bit oversize for their heights (5'2 and 4'11). The design is good and the material feels premium, sometimes it`s hard to believe it cost only 500 dollars, only 2/3 of the scooters with the same specs on the market. Not sure about the quality, cos I`ve only got it for 5 months, will come back to add more review if it could stand for more than 1 year...
