Dimostrato molta cordialità e tempestività nel rispondere alle mie richieste di ulteriori informazioni, rivelandosi così una transazione molto veloce. Acquistando direttamente dal sito mi hanno anche omaggiato le spese di spedizione con posta assicurata. Spedizione velocissima, impacchettamento perfetto, orologio arrivato in 36 ore! Orologio perfetto, corrispondente alla descrizione e alle foto. Grazie mille

"4,5 stars, i am satisfied and will buy again at Passione Vintage"

The Rolex has been advertised as condition 1 and that is nearly true, but it would be better to mention the scratches an the bracelet and the dust on the outer box, so the watch is between 1 and 2. Delivery and payment were perfect. Communication was very fast and kind. I can recommnend Passione Vintage as a trustful shop. And not to forget for this watch in condition 1-2 the price was good.

To be fair, some of argy bargy was actually down to Poste Italiene. For some strange reason, they wanted duty paid on the watch I returned.

Also, Valeria's English is quite adequate. I do think, however, that some aspects of our dialogue were lost in translation. But having said that, she speaks English and I can't speak Italian, so she's way ahead of me there.

This is Trust Pilot. The bottom line is this: I do trust Passione Vintage. However, it was a bumpy ride.

Pillitteri, ho acquistato uno splendido orologio e l'ho trovato perfettamente conforme alla descrizione esposta sul sito, bellissimo il negozio sito nel centro storico di Palermo e grande assortimento di marchi blasonati, venditore corretto e assolutamente affidabile, lo consiglio ad occhi chiusi, grazie ed alla prossima.

Il titolare, Sig. Pillitteri, si è mostrato assai gentile e disponibile a descrivere l'oggetto. Assistenza completa fino al momento della spedizione. La consegna è avvenuta regolarmente (dopo che il pacco ha però percorso mezza Italia?!). Oggetto assolutamente conforme alla descrizione.
Sicuramente consigliato.

"vintage service is ok, the watch you gave me however is not ok."

Altough service and delivery from the company was good. The condition of the watch puchased is not good. If it gets in contact with water the glass gets foggy as if water got in the watch?!! Its a TAG Heuer this should never happen!
