Non posso che parlare bene di "Passione Vintage"!
Sostanzialmente nulla da eccepire.
Nello specifico, Giovanni Pillitteri si è dimostrato molto professionale ed aperto alle trattative commerciali.
Orologio OK, così come anche gli accessori forniti a corredo.
Insomma direi che meglio di così non si può. Soprattutto alla luce del fatto che nel settore degli orologi c'è veramente pieno di gente che si comporta male.

La transazione e' risultata veloce e seria. Rispondono al telefono e alle mail in breve tempo segno di onesta' e serieta'. L' orologio e' arrivato dopo 2 giorni con dhl ed era come descritto.
Sono rimasto soddisfatto e consiglio vivamente .

I acqurie my first vintage watch from Passione Vintage. The who proesss from price consulting to arrival of the watch took less than 4 days (I'm Located in Hong Kong). That's very impressive! I have no hesitation in recommending PV to watch lovers.

I found Passione Vintage on Chrono24. While they have a good track record on Chrono24 and there is evidence of an impressive brick & mortar store I was still a bit skeptical.
I contacted PV and was immediately put in touch with Giovanni. Customer service and communication was generally pleasing and he catered to my every request including extra pictures and detailed answers to every question that I had - this was crucial in building trust. I negotiated a price I was comfortable paying.
I sent the payment via wire transfer and as soon as PV received the funds, I received a DHL notification about shipment. The watch was with me within 48hours arriving on the weekend which was a pleasant surprise as I expected it to arrive on Monday. In totality it took about 5 days to complete the transaction from initial contact to receiving the watch.
My only negative would be that the watch had a scratch or 2 that I wasn't made aware of although I specifically asked - which I find is a standard practice of sellers to over inflate the aesthetics of a used time piece. It was in great condition and I am happy with my purchase and the process of the transaction.
I wholeheartedly recommend Passione Vintage without reservation and will contact them 1st upon my next watch purchase.

Extremely helpful staff, beautiful watches and more flexibility than normally displayed by a vintage dealer. I've never had a dealer respond in less than 24hrs, much less 12 everything was as promised and better. Would buy from this team again.
