"Swift and hassle free"

I started the process with SmoothSale about 2 weeks ago now and have just completed and received the funds for my property. I first started on a call with Zak, he explained everything to me and how the service would work, and also made me an offer then and there for my property. the next steps were very easy, they arranged 1 visit to my property at a convenient time for me, i also filled in some very basic paperwork and send them 2 proofs of ID to provide i was the owner. Within a couple of days of this they had confirmed an offer i was happy with. I then took a week or so to move out, the day i was ready they got the money over to me. I would highly recommend this service if you are looking for a quick, easy way of selling your property. Obviously you need to understand the offer will be below market value due to the ease and speed. They did pay for everything for me though, even paying for a solicitor for me.
