If I was selling another house Smoothsale would be the first people I would ring. From start to finish I found all whom I dealt with to be very efficient, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Even if they were busy on the line when you rang them they would ring you back as soon as they possible could. I would give them 10 stars not five. Ben, Dan, Fil, Sophie are all but a few I can say are a credit to the company.
