Special mention to Rob and Adam.

Went through investor marketing with smooth sale.

They managed to secure a buyer for my property within 6 weeks and just completed last week.

I can’t complain at all. I was a bit skeptical at first but they have been a delight to deal with and made this such a stress free sale.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS "

Rude, incompetent and dishonest company. Avoid at all costs.

Their “pool of investors” they promise to sell to doesn’t exist and is a sham to get you to sign up with them - admitted by their own staff.

They used photos already taken by a previous company and we had to rewrite their initial property description which was littered with errors.

Two of the “managers” we dealt with are incredibly rude and if you raise complaint with them they just shout over you repeatedly - like children during a tantrum.

They have also shared contact details with 3rd parties - not consented to by us.

Despite admitting that they service to us “had fallen below the usual standard” (their words) which was putting it mildly to say the least, nothing was done to rectify this at any time.

Initially they lied about their fees - which only came to light some weeks later. They then denied the lie!

They sent an agent round to facilitate viewings who did not know any details of the property - even advising one couple who reviewed that it was up for rent when it was actually up for sale! When I raised complaints about this agent I was told she would not conduct any more viewings but she was the same agent who conducted all viewings on our property. She even bought her small child round when doing the viewings! Completely unprofessional.

They were also dishonest about the position of the buyer whose offer we accepted, leading to months of stress which cost us even more money and time. No due diligence was completed their end and Zak insisted we communicate directly with our buyer as “he was being difficult” and Zak didn’t want to deal with him!

The day before our move they asked us to drop our keys to a key safe - when we travelled there this no longer existed. Another waste of time and effort as a result of the incompetence of this company.

Would urge anyone to avoid.

After a dissapointing experience somewhere else, Dan helped us, gave us some great advice and helped get us back on track to buying our first home.
