Do not use this company! Been told a price for a house sale in writing, contracts and TP1 signed. To have the price reduced by £23k the day before completion and no ownership given.
Extremely avoid, one director promises and sends contracts, signed, and then didn’t have the authority to do so and now backs out and takes no ownership,
Can’t believe companies like this exist
