Got a gift certificate, they sent me a link (not the number), and it’s not redeemable. told them, and they said since I clicked the link, I cannot get a refund. Avoid this retailer, they are not trustworthy.

I received my DNA my dog kit and got it back in the mail within 2 days. As of today, 4/27/22, I have not heard anything from them. I’m feeling like I might have been scammed. 😢
