I have a particular situation in that I order software from this company as they can't [won't?] deliver outside the USA, [I imagine, especially in this new 'Maga' universe, that trying this would not be worth their while], but software knows no such bounds, and I recently upgraded my new purchase to Windows 11 Pro, for $15 USD, which even with the exchange, compares to no other deal I could find!
Their support staff, however, are the folks that keep me returning time after time. If one ever needs to answer a question before considering a purchase, their support staff will not only go the extra mile, they'll run a marathon if it might help. They are flawless in their responses and deadly accurate as well. Given that some software advertise capabilities that may not extend to Canada, for instance a Stock Picker may be the rave of the internet, but if they aren't programmed to suggest stocks traded on Canadian exchanges, then I would have purchased what would amount to a virtual paperweight. Their support staff have gone way farther than any I've ever known folks to go in finding the accurate answer and won't simply say, "Well, why don't you buy it and if it doesn't work in Canada you can always return it for store credit! Yes, that is an option, but most folks don't want to have $50 or $90 parked in 12 different places, waiting for them to forget most!
This is an A1 Company and I give them an A1 review. Never had a bad experience... Never!

I ordered three softwares from StackSocial and for reasons completely unrelated to the site or the softwares, I had to cancel my orders. My orders had not yet shipped and when I asked for refunds on each, they refunded me without hesitation. The prices were good, but this level of customer service alone will have me returning to deal with StackSocial again.

"I purchased a smart cell phone"
I purchased a smart cell phone, called the Nano-P. It is very compact and portable, which is what I was looking for. The item was advertised as 'no return', but I thought I would take a chance. I discovered the phone is incompatible with the major domestic carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon). The ad listed 4G, 3G and 2G compatibility, but either the spec's are bogus, or the big carrier networks don't operate in the frequency bands specified. While customer service did respond to my queries, all they would do was push the WiFi capability and they refused to issue a refund. The device does connect to WiFi and supports android apps, but does not fulfill its primary function. My general impression of their business model is it sells products and services that may or may not work as advertised. I will not be patronizing the site in the future.

I had an issue with accessing my learning courses. I sent an email to support and within a few minutes I had a reply. Before I finished reading the reply I had another email from support and they had the issue resolved. Couldn't be happier with their support team!

I contacted the team in order to receive assistance with a software license, that I had bought but no longer functioned properly. I was contacted the same day with a friendly tone und clear instructions, what additional information was needed from me. Once I provided the necessary information my problem was solved without delay. Easily one of the best customer support experiences I have had.
