"Good price, service, tech support needs improvement"

Bought Win11 pro upgrade key and experienced some trouble when trying to upgrade the second PC. The tech support was very nice and patient, but at some point, the methods provided seem to be AI generated and there was no logic from one to another, meaning all random methods. Eventually I found a solution by myself, but still give some credits to the service team for their prompt responses and patience.
