Ich habe hier schon einige gute Deals gemacht und großartige Software für einen guten Preis gefunden, aber leider ist die Website nicht vertrauensvoll. Ich habe schon wiederholt schlechte Deals gehabt. Also wirklich schlechte Deals. Ich hatte z. B. Post Breeze Growth Plan: Lifetime Subscription gekauft. Die soll angeblich ca. 1500 Dollar wert sein. Ich konnte damit aber nicht mal alle meine Social-Media-Kanäle damit verbinden, und mit der Video-Funktion, mit der man ganz easy Videos erstellen können soll, hat man nur 9 Videos und 7 Songs zur Auswahl. Damit kann man also 63 verschiedene Videos machen, die sich aber alle sehr ähnlich sind. Es ist nicht möglich, eigene Videos oder Songs zu verwenden... Es gibt keinen Support... Ich habe zwar mein Geld zurückbekommen, weil Stack Social eingesehen hat, dass es dieses Programm ein Betrug ist. Als Konsequenz haben sie dann die Software aus dem Katalog genommen. Nein, natürlich nicht, da sie damit geld verdienen. Stattdessen haben sie meine ehrliche Kritik an Post Breeze nie veröffentlicht. Auf Nachfrage, woran es liegt, dass alle meine guten Kritiken noch am selben Tag online waren und die schlechten nach Wochen noch nicht, und mit der Zeit über einen Monat, meinte der Support nur, dass sie diese prüfen müssen und das ein paar Tage dauern kann. Mit anderen Worten: Sie verkaufen da alles, und das auch, wenn sie wissen, dass die Software Müll und Betrug ist. Wenn man dann eine ehrliche Kritik schreibt, die die Verkäufe schmälern könnte, dann veröffentlicht man die einfach nicht. Deswegen hat Post Breeze auch bis heute keine einzige Kritik, und viele anderen nur wenige. StackSocial hat einen super Support und auch tolle Produkte, aber so habe ich wirklich mein Vertrauen in diese Seite verloren.

They have the greatest customer service around. You don't have to wait day or hours they get back to you fast and are kind and respectful. That's something hard to find these days. I ordered this item in March 2025 : Dyal USB C +USB A 3.2 High SpeedFlash Drive for $65, but nothing arrived even though there was a notification that the item has arrived. I followed up on April 2 and still no real response from the merchant. Now it's been a month already so I don't want to wait any more. I just want a refund. Hopefully I will get a refund soon

Bought a SurfShark VPN subscription which didn't work as expected, but cancellation and refund was denied by the VPN company - but StackSocial refunded me even thou they were not at fault.
