I made a purchase and received a key that does work but, after researching and doing a key search I was given a win 10 pro key. I already have win 10 pro so I didn't need to buy another key. Win 10 and 11 uses the same key codes. If you already have win 10 you don't need to buy another key to load win 11. I did not know but, now we all do.

Tried to buy a software license online. Got the activation code but repeated attempts to install the software were unsuccessful. There was zero customer support -- when I called the customer service number, I got a busy signal. There is no way to contact them to cancel the sale. Have asked PayPal to refund my purchase, and if that doesn't work, I will authorize my credit card company to refuse to pay.

This has been my worst experience with any merchant. I received a defective device and contacted customer service on the same day it was delivered to request a refund. Now, a month later, I have neither received my refund nor retained a working device—and I'm still being charged interest on my credit card.
Despite providing photos of the malfunctioning device and following their return policy, I was given the runaround by customer service, who insisted I deal with a third-party vendor. However, I purchased the device directly from them. Their policy clearly states that I am entitled to a refund upon return of a defective product, yet they have not honored this commitment.
I would caution others to avoid this merchant.
