I bought a bundle of several programming courses, but since I didn't have an account on stackskills, everything was blank even after I opened one. I contacted technical support, explained the problem to them, and within a few hours they got back to me after they had already solved the problem, and all the courses now appear in my account and work great.

"Nanophone…They Don’t Support Products They Sell"

On 01/02/25 I ordered the Nanophone from Stack Social. I received it 01/23/25, exactly 3 weeks later!
The phone would not connect to my Carrier. After trying everything I contacted my Carrier. They stated phone was compatible with my service but determined it was Carrier Locked and it would never work with them as is.

I emailed Stack Social Support with their findings on 1/24 and informed them the phone was locked and would not work. I requested a return and refund because I didn’t want to wait another 3 weeks for a replacement which could possibly have the same issue. This began an email campaign lasting 12 days in which the 11 emails I received stated “Your request is still under review. Thank you for your continued patience while we work with our partners to resolve your concern.” After almost 2 weeks I decided that was enough and informed them it was time for a resolution. I did not hear from them again!

This was not my first order with Stack Commerce having purchased several items from them in the past, so this company has no regard for even repeat customers. If you order from them you can be assured that if you encounter a problem, there is every chance they are going to stick it to you!

Offre offre 1minAi ..... commandé et payé avec paypal. Msg d'erreur indiquant qu'il y a eu un probleme avec Paypal.
2 contact avec le site qui me demande de recommencer les paiements en :

Make sure a STATE is selected from the drop-down menu and your address is completely filled out
Clear your browser cache
Make sure your web browser is up-to-date and that JavaScript is enabled here
Temporarily disable any antivirus or ad-blocker extensions/programs you're running
Temporarily deactivate VPN when checking out
Update your name on your account if it was different from your card (this should be exactly the same such as capital letters, symbols, initial)
Try placing your order in incognito mode of your browser
Try a new web browser altogether (we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox)
Donc je n'ai rien, et je n'ai aucune envie de multiplier les paiements pour effectuer un challenge informatique !!!

Thanks so much for inquiring about the status of my Babbel difficulties. This morning I was informed by Babbel support that they had (finally) assigned the email address that I would prefer to use to log into my Babbel account AND assured me that I was operating under a lifetime subscription. That was my intention all along and I’m happy with the outcome.

I appreciate that you had my interests at heart in this transaction and it gives me renewed faith in Cult of Mac offers.

"I purchased a lifetime subscription to Babbel "

I purchased a lifetime subscription to a Babbel language program. The purchase was charged to my card on 12/24/2024, but I never received a confirmation email from Stack Social enabling me to use the Babbel course. Several emails and phone calls later the problem remains unresolved.

Quick replies, multiple for letting 30 day limit expire on software license activation.
Agents were courteous and understanding; 5 STARTS to them.
It would help all to warn, at the time of purchase, that there is a 30 day trouble free period -- from the time of purchase -- to activate Microsoft apps.
