"A perfect buying experience"

I had been looking for a cube ebike and had called many shops but I I could not get a good deal. UNTILL I came across MTB MONSTER which were selling them at serious discount . I placed my order with Hannah but a few hours later she wrang to say the system said they had one but the warehouse said they didn’t, so immediately she offered my money back or she would contact the supplier to see what they did have which she did. now my original ebike was really my second choice the bike I really wanted was just out of my budget.....untill Hannah “fine tuned” the price and it was so close to my budget so I went ahead and bought it (CUBE STEREO HYBRID 140SL) I wrang a few times to see how my order was progressing and each time it was Hannah who answered the phone and nothing was too much trouble . On the last occasion she told me thebike was being dispatched that day and I would get a text at 20.30 to tell me what 2 hour time slot I was allocated for delivery and everything happened just as she said. The bike is superb I took it out for a shake down run, only 15 miles but it allowed me to get the seat, brake levers ect. to my liking....big grin when Igot back home.
So all in all I cannot fault MTB MONSTER especially Hannah who was so patient and sourced me a great deal....I shall certainly be using this company again. AAAAA+++++
