With ICS it depends who you get. Ive had a great experience with Dan, but prior to that i was switched quite regularly between accountants, some were ok, some were terrible.

Also be prepared for consistent price increases

8% increase last year
March this year, the insurance was removed
April there was another increase, however it was waived as a goodwill
June another increase, roughly 6% ish (with less than a weeks notice)

I have lost patience with ICS and will be moving to another accountant.
