"Great trip/Bad driver"

While you were great to work with, I wanted to express some disappointment in the bus driver we had.

1. He arrived at 11:30 am, when I went out to talk to him and introduce myself, he didn't tell me his name and when I asked him if he was ready for the day he said "I don't have a choice".
2. We had the bus filled with our guests, and were waiting on one more. I told the bus driver that we were just waiting on one more person and he turned to me, clearly aggravated and said "we need to be on time" while tapping his watch. (Weren't we contracted for 7 hours and had flexibility if needed?) 3. Our guests spoke to him as they boarded the bus and several exclaimed how unfriendly and rude he was.
4. After we left around 12:15, he proceeded to make a wrong turn down a windy and narrow rode causing us to go 30 minutes out of our way. A guest of ours was able to get him turned around and on the right route. We lost 30 min of our time because of this mistake. Normally I wouldn't make a big deal about it, however he never said anything to us about it and he was rushing us in the beginning of the trip.
5. We ended up staying at the first brewery, skipped the second and went to the last one to finish our day. At the last brewery, we had a guest that turned her ankle causing it to swell. When the bus driver dropped us off, we all said thank you and I tipped him. The injured passenger got off the bus and then tried to limp down the street with her husband helping her. She literally lived 4 houses down from us and the driver had to pass right by her house. He was downright rude about allowing her to get back on the bus and get dropped off in front of her driveway.

Our neighbors did a trip and worked with April, back in the spring. The bus driver for that event was so amazing. He was friendly and nice. We filled this bus with neighbors from the same community and this family joined us as well. There was a lot of lamenting about what a difference it was from the their trip due to the attitude of the bus driver.

Thank you for listening. We had such a great time and could easily see doing this again or at least one of our neighbors doing it. I don't want one driver to affect the opportunity for future business.

It was good. Our 1st driver could not do any lifting so we had to figure out how to load all the luggage ourselves.

"Bus was on time"

Bus was on time. Bus was clean. Air conditioner did not work very well in the front section of the bus. Bus driver was professional. However, one of the riders accused driver of running 2 red lights. My rider was visibly upset. I addressed the driver to ensure we all return safely.

This was our first use of Atlantic Coast Charters, the bus was exceptional with working wifi and electrical outlets. The bathroom was clean and did not have the musty bathroom odor often found in bus bathrooms.
Our driver Kevin -- 5+ stars, very professional, helpful and fun personality (will definitely request him for future trips). He arrived early and picked us up on time for departure (and kept conversation going with our Pastor).
Overall - from working with Melissa to secure the bus, to arrival of the bus and our driver Kevin - we had absolutely no issues - will definitely use again. Thank You!
