Been using Nin-Nin for a couple of years now and I have always been treated with kindness and respect as a customer. Their customer support is very warm and helpful.

A pros and cons list would look something like this, based on my own experiences:

Pros:
• Generous customer point system
• Generous sales
• Great customer service
• Flexible shipping options

Con:
Another good alternative they have is being able to group up purchases and ship them all together at the end of the month using ’My Private Warehouse’. Which in itself is a great idea, but lacks transparency as to when exactly the goods will be packed and what will be inside the package, essentially closing the window to add more purchases to the same package. I have already shared my concerns and ideas with customer service and was told they are already looking into updating it. Looking forward to that!
